What We Believe
Greenwood Bible Baptist Church believes the Bible is the inspired, preserved Word of God, and that salvation comes by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. We are an independent, King James Bible Baptist church holding to the great doctrines of the historic Christian faith.
Our Beliefs
The truths we stand on
We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God, and we preach and teach from the King James Version. We believe salvation is a free gift, received by grace through faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ, not earned by good works.
We hold to the deity, virgin birth, death, burial, and bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ, salvation by grace alone, the security of the believer, and the local church as God's plan for His people. As an independent Baptist church, we answer to no denomination, only to Christ and His Word.
