God is for your marriage
Marriage was God's idea, a covenant He means to last and bless.
"What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder."Mark 10:9
Because He joined you, He has a stake in your marriage and the power to heal what is broken in it.
The pattern that changes a home
Scripture gives a clear pattern: sacrificial love from the husband, respect and support from the wife, and humility from both.
"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it."Ephesians 5:25

Where the trouble often starts
Many marriage problems are really heart problems, pride, selfishness, bitterness, or sin that has crept in. Real change usually begins not with fixing your spouse but with letting God deal with you.
Practical steps toward healing
- Start with your own heart. Ask God to show you your part and repent of it.
- Forgive instead of keeping score. Bitterness is a marriage killer.
- Get help early. Do not wait until you are at the edge to reach out.
- Build on Christ together. A shared walk with God draws a couple back together.
